Resting and Healing
The following house rules are in effect when dealing with resting and healing.
- As normal; during a short rest, players may spend a number of hit dice up to their maximum to heal. In order for this to be done, characters must expend either a portion of their waterskin or consume a half ration.
- In order to use a short rest when below 50% of a character’s maximum health, a medkit is needed. No uses of the medkit need to be expended however.
- Long rests remain the same as described in the player’s handbook, however, characters must consume a portion of their waterskin AND a half ration.
